Our team is comprised of seasoned professionals with years of experience in appraisal, valuation and analysis.

H. Linwood Gilbert, Jr., MAI, is the founder of Urban Realty Solutions. His professional work experience includes commercial banking, mortgage lending, real estate development and brokerage, historic restoration, construction and project management, as well as appraisal.  His clients include lending institutions, government and major national companies.  He has appraised marinas and waterfront developments in virtually every waterfront community in the state, as well as marinas in Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Tennessee, North Carolina and the Caribbean.  He is a member of the Appraisal Institute, the Urban Land Institute, National Marina Operators Association, National Marina Association, the National Marine Manufacturers Association and the Superyacht Society. He is a licensed Florida real estate broker (license CQ02737) and a Florida state certified general real estate appraiser (license RZ0940). Timothy "Shan" Hatfield is a staff appraiser for Urban Realty Solutions. He specializes in real estate research, feasibility analysis, valuation and consulting on commercial, industrial, marine and residential developments.  Hatfield is a Florida certified general real estate appraiser (license RZ3427).  He joined Urban Realty Solutions in 2007 and attained his bachelor's degree from the University of Florida.

Wayne Beurnier is a staff appraiser/analyst with Urban Realty Solutions. His professional experience has included real estate market valuation, insurance valuation and liquidation valuation of all property types.  Clients include financial institutions, states and municipalities, attorneys, merger and acquisitions principals, real estate developers, property owners and prospective purchasers.  Assignments have been in several states, with a concentration in Florida. Beurnier is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, Greater Tampa Association of Realtors, Florida Self Storage Association and the National Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds. He is a Florida certified general real estate appraiser (license RZ1307), a Florida licensed real estate broker (license BK434062) and a Florida licensed mortgage broker (license MB0424401). He attained his bachelor's degree from Ohio Dominican University.
